The Company Foundation
At the beginning of the 1990's the rapid development in the sector of green roofs was already in sight: More and more cities and communities realised the value of green roofs and launched support programmes. More and more companies were obligated to implement green roofs on their company buildings.
Company founder Gerd Vogt took this chance and founded "6 fuers Gruen". He started with 6 products for green roofs. Over the years the product range was wisely expanded and deepened. With the change of ownership in 2000 Nicole Vogt set the essential milestone for a reorientation of the company.
Today 6 fuers Gruen is a system provider for green roofs mainly in the sector of flat roofs. Beyond that 6 fuers Gruen offers a specialised range of products for roof and garden.

| 01.01.2006 | Transfer of the FBB office to 6 fuers Gruen. Since then the "Fachvereinigung Bauwerksbegruenung e.V." was managed on the premises of 6 fuers Gruen |
